Terms & Conditions – iCare Pack for Plastic Packaging Industries

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and expectations governing the use of the iCare Pack website, inquiries, purchases, and all business transactions between the client and iCare Pack for Plastic Packaging Industries, located in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt.

By placing an order or engaging with any of our services, the client agrees to the following terms.

These Terms apply to:

  • All purchases of standard and custom plastic packaging products.
  • Mold design, development, and ownership terms.
  • Use of the iCare Pack website and digital resources (e.g., catalogs, product specs).
  • Any future modifications or updates to these conditions.

iCare Pack offers standard and custom plastic packaging solutions, including PET, HDPE, and PP bottles.

Product drawings, samples, and custom molds are created based on client specifications or approved artwork.

Final designs must be approved in writing before mass production.

iCare Pack reserves the right to make technical changes that improve the product without altering its core function or appearance.

Molds developed specifically for a client are invoiced separately.

Upon full payment, the mold becomes the property of the client.

Molds are stored and maintained by iCare Pack for exclusive use by the client unless otherwise agreed.

If molds remain inactive for over 24 months, iCare Pack reserves the right to request removal or disposal.

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise specified.

Orders must be confirmed in writing via signed proforma invoice or official purchase order.

iCare Pack reserves the right to reject any order that does not meet MOQ, technical, or commercial requirements.

All prices are quoted in EGP or USD and exclude VAT, taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise noted.

Standard payment terms:

  • 50% advance upon order confirmation
  • 50% prior to delivery or shipment

Late payments are subject to interest fees or order suspension.

Title to goods remains with iCare Pack until full payment is received.

Lead times are estimated at the time of order and depend on current production load and customisation requirements. normally from  14 - 21 working days 

iCare Pack is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
  • Delays in client approvals
  • Transportation or customs clearance issues

Delivery terms follow INCOTERMS 2020 unless agreed otherwise.

Products are packed according to international transport safety standards.

Custom packaging (e.g., branded cartons, barcode labels) is available upon request.

iCare Pack can coordinate international logistics with selected freight forwarders or via the client’s nominated agent.

Clients must inspect goods upon delivery.

Claims for damage, defects, or shortages must be submitted in writing within 3 working days of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval from iCare Pack.

Custom-manufactured items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.

iCare Pack warrants that products conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery.

Liability for defective goods is limited to:

  • Free replacement OR
  • Credit equivalent to the invoice value of defective goods

iCare Pack is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profit, client penalties, or repetitional harm.

All designs, molds, and technical drawings shared between parties are treated as confidential.

iCare Pack will not share or reuse client-specific designs for other projects without written consent.

All content on the iCare Pack website — including product photos, technical diagrams, logos, and documents — is the intellectual property of iCare Pack unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

Either party may terminate an order if the other fails to meet contractual obligations and does not remedy the breach within 15 days of written notice.

Upon termination, the client is responsible for any costs incurred up to that point, including tooling, raw materials, or partial production.


These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration in Egypt, and if unresolved, shall fall under the jurisdiction of Egyptian Commercial Courts.
